We are currently working through several clinical audits to ensure that we are meeting our service delivery standards and governance requirements.
As part of this work, we have audited our Service Agreements to ensure that we have a signed agreement on file for all our clients. Your clinician may have reminded you of the need for this, or presented one for signing, at your last session. This agreement is an NDIS requirement, and forms part of our Terms of Service with all our clients.
Our lovely Client Support Officers will be presenting this document to all clients who don’t have one on file for signature before your next session. Clients without an agreement with us will not be permitted to continue with therapy until we have this in place.
