Introducing the CliniKids Autism Seminar Series!

The Kids Research Institute Australia’s CliniKids is excited to introduce an online autism seminar series in 2024, designed to inform families, clinicians and educators about the latest autism topics and research.  

The Kids Research Institute Australia’s CliniKids is excited to introduce an online autism seminar series in 2024, designed to inform families, clinicians and educators about the latest autism topics and research.  
 
Held quarterly, the free online seminars will include presentations by leading autism experts on topics such as mental health, education and early therapies and supports.  
 
CliniKids Director Professor Andrew Whitehouse - the Angela Wright Bennett Professor of Autism at The Kids and The University of Western Australia - will deliver the first seminar — The autism landscape in 2024: Where are we, how did we get here, and where are we going? — on Thursday, February 29 (5-6pm AWST/ 8-9pm AEST). 

The next seminar will be held on May 23 and be presented by Dr Gail Alvares. It will focus on mental health. Details to come.

Registration for the seminar is necessary to gain access to the webinar link. A recording of the presentation will be able to be viewed for up to a fortnight after the presentation by those who register.
