We recently emailed all active clients a “Tell us what you think” survey.
The purpose of the survey was to:
- Understand how you see our service
- Understand what was most important to you, our clients
- To find out what you would change, if anything
- To see how likely clients were to recommend or refer CliniKids
15 per cent of you took the survey to the end.
The top descriptors of our service were:
- Welcoming
- High quality
- Individualised
- We were also referred to as reliable.
You told us that what is most important to you is:
- Your relationship with your therapist
- Being involved in therapy supports
- Planning and decision making
- The ability to access evidence-based therapies
Things that you would change included:
- Waitlist wait-times
- Costs
- Scheduling flexibility
- Nothing
93 per cent of you said you would recommend us to others.
What else you told us:
"Our therapist has been an incredible support to myself in a short period of time. She is very caring and genuine. She has been very helpful in supporting my child at school also."
"I wanted to say how positive our experience was with CliniKids from helpful, professional admin staff to the most amazingly personable, patient and talented therapist."
"Staff on reception are so caring and welcoming, the environment is calming, and my child loved receiving the little CliniKids plush kangaroo. I couldn't be any happier with the CliniKids service."
Thank you to all who took the time to let us know your thoughts. We will be reviewing our current scheduling practices over the coming months to see if we can have a positive impact on the flexibility of our scheduling and wait times for therapies.
