Marie Rodatz
Clinical Lead, Occupational Therapy
Marie is an Occupational Therapist with over 20 years’ experience working with children and teenagers with developmental differences. She holds a Bachelor and Master's degrees in Occupational Therapy and has gathered experience as an Occupational Therapist in Germany, Ireland, the US and Australia.
Marie is trained in a number of approaches including the SCERTS (Social Communication – Emotional Regulation – Transactional Supports) Model for Autism, CO-OP (Cognitive Orientation to Daily Occupational Performance and ESDM (Early Start Denver Model).
Marie’s favourite part of her job is simply having fun with children by following their lead and finding their smile whilst supporting them to become independent and successful in their daily lives at home, in school, and in play. She is also enthusiastic about working collaboratively with parents and working together as a team to support the family.
Marie has a particular interest in understanding and supporting each child’s unique learning style so they feel included and respected.
