CLINIC SHUTDOWN
Please note that the clinic will shut down for the Christmas and New Year period from Friday, December 24, through to Friday, January 7, inclusive. The clinic will re-open on Monday, January 10, 2022.
For all other December and January dates, the clinic will be open and operating as normal.
If you have an appointment that needs to be rescheduled because you will be away, please phone us before the clinic shutdown on 08 6319 1133 or email clinikids.reception@telethonkids.org.au.
The usual cancellation notice requirements will be applied if families do not attend their scheduled appointments. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to avoid fees.
COMING SOON – NEW SITE!
We’re excited to announce that CliniKids will be expanding in 2022! We will be opening a new site in the Joondalup area to offer our clinical services in this catchment and surrounds. More details will be released soon.
In the meantime, if you currently attend the Subiaco clinic and are interested in transitioning to the new site in 2022, please email your expression of interest to clinikids.reception@telethonkids.org.au or phone 08 6319 1133.
SCHOOL/KINDY DAYS INFORMATION FOR TERM 1 SCHEDULING
The schedules for CliniKids Term 1 (Jan 31 to April 22, 2022) will be sent to families in the final two weeks of January.
We are aware that many of our clients are either starting kindy or are transitioning from kindy to fulltime school and may require a different day/time for their regular therapy sessions at CliniKids.
We want to facilitate as many changes as possible to minimise any time away from school. For this reason, if you currently know your child’s kindy days for 2022 or are aware that your session day will require a change, we ask that you please contact us with this information as soon as possible. If you don’t yet have this information, then please pass it on as soon as it becomes available.

FREE CLIENT PARKING
Just a reminder to all families that CliniKids offers free parking.
Please enter the carpark from Hamilton Street by approaching the boom gate, pressing the intercom and letting the receiver know you are here for a CliniKids appointment. They will then open the boom gate and you can drive in and park in any of the free bays.
On exiting the car park, the boom gate opens automatically as you approach it.
