Shalom graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) from Curtin University. She is passionate about paediatric occupational therapy, with a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent children and their families. She has experience delivering occupational therapy services across both clinic and community settings, working collaboratively with children, families, and groups to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Shalom takes a child-centred approach to therapy, recognising that each child has unique strengths, interests, sensory preferences, and ways of engaging with the world. Her first objective with every client is to establish a sense of safety and trust, supporting authentic connection and shared joy. She believes that meaningful relationships provide the solid foundation from which new skills can emerge and flourish.
